1. Shipping Costs:
Free Shipping, currently delivery is only available within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Every order includes complimentary shipping - no minimums, no hidden fees. In addition, our company also provides paid room of choice service (priced at US$119) and white glove service (priced at US$199). Room of choice service means that the goods can be delivered to the designated location in the customer's house, and white glove service means that not only can the goods be delivered to the designated location in the customer's room, but we can also help the customer assembly the furniture.

Return & Refund
If you encounter a problem that needs to return the product to us, please read the following guidelines.
Please do not mail the goods directly to our shipping address, otherwise, we have the right to refuse to return or exchange the goods.
The return and refund process.
1. We accept free return & refund within 60 days after receive the items. When you are sure to return the product, please contact our customer service email at service@Arrtle.com to confirm whether the item complies with the return conditions (details are attached below).
2. If the product has multiple return conditions, we will send you a return form and return the goods to our designated address by mail.
3. When you complete the return form and we receive the logistics registration information, you will enter a refund process for 3-5 business days.
4. The return and refund process is complete.
Check the item(s) before signing
After signing, you will be responsible for it. Please check that there is no damage to the item before signing for it. Slight scratches caused by logistics during transportation are normal, please get in touch with our customer service for processing.
When you sign for the goods, check whether the goods are damaged immediately. If there is any damage, please reject the packages and contact our customer service directly. The validity period for logistics claims is 72 hours for truck delivery and 48 hours for express delivery.
When will I be charged for the shipping fee？
If it is damaged due to our operation error, or wrong delivery, You do not need to pay for returns and exchanges.
If the product has no quality problems, and you confirm to return the item(s), you need to bear the logistics cost if you want to return it after signing.
Do I need to pay a restocking fee for returned products?
No, we do not charge relisting fees.
For Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
If an item is missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free.
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund you in full or resend the correct item (if in stock). Arrtle will reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive the returned item(s).

Hassle-Free Exchange
A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours after you place the order and before your package is shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives.
