Section 1 – Basic Warranty Terms

Furniture Coverage

(Including tables & desks, cabinets, stools & chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds)

• 3-Year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Materials

  • Structural frame

  • Workmanship

  • Functionality of non-lighting electronic components

Exceptions

• Fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components are also covered under a 3-year warranty

• Replacement of these items may be provided at a minimal cost, provided that:

  • Original warranty documentation is available

Section 2 – Warranty Agreement and Restrictions

Arrtle.com warrants that products sold by Arrtle.com will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and function under normal use for the warranty period stated above, starting from the original date of receipt.

“Normal Use” means use strictly in accordance with Arrtle.com’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.

Warranty Remedies

If a warranted product is determined by Arrtle.com to be defective under normal use, Arrtle.com will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product, or

• Provide an appropriate adjustment or refund

The original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.

⚠️ This warranty does not cover:

• Labor costs

• Installation or removal costs

In no event shall Arrtle.com’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover loss or damage resulting from:

Improper Use or Handling

• Misuse or abnormal use

• Mishandling

• Accidents or neglect

Environmental & External Factors

• Acts of God, including but not limited to:

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Other natural disasters

Installation & Maintenance Issues

• Improper installation

• Improper care or maintenance, including:

  • Use of abrasive cleaners (powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine)

  • Use of steel wool or wire brushes

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or outdoor environments

Such actions will void all warranties related to finishes and materials.

Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs

• Modifications, adjustments, or repairs not authorized by Arrtle.com

• Use of non-Arrtle.com parts or components

     This warranty applies only when all components are supplied by Arrtle.com.
     Substitution of parts from other manufacturers will void the warranty entirely.

Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear from everyday use is not considered a defect, including but not limited to:

• Reduction in gloss

• Scratches

• Stains

• Finish etching caused by cleaning practices, water, or environmental exposure

Warranty Eligibility

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser

• The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to heirs or subsequent owners

• No verbal or written statements outside this policy shall constitute an additional warranty

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact Arrtle.com and provide the following:

• A copy of your original order confirmation

• Item number(s) and quantity of the defective product(s)

• A detailed description of the issue

• Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect

Disclaimer of Other Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY

• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

• NON-INFRINGEMENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL Arrtle.com BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profit

• Promotional or manufacturing expenses

• Overhead costs

• Injury to reputation

• Loss of customers
