Shipping
• Free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Estimated delivery time: 6–10 weeks (depending on product availability and delivery location).
• Optional services available for select oversized items:
– Room of Choice Delivery ($119): Delivery to your selected room. Assembly not included. Recommended for heavier products.
– White Glove Service ($199): Delivery to room, unboxing, light assembly (if required), and packaging removal. Product assembly requirements can be found on the product detail page.

Returns & Refunds
• Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
• Return shipping is covered for damaged or incorrect items. For non-quality returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
